Hi, I have been advised to buy the Marisys 240 for my Aquaone AR850 tank. Can anyone give me an honest, non LFS, view on its performance as I am getting tired of the LFS sales pitch..... :confused: Thanks

It is the light brown coloured rock on the Left side of the photo, the other is a very dark piece of live rock the LFS sold me. The tank is about 3 weeks...

One other question, One the left most photo, in the left bottom corner, you can see a rock which has a yellow / brown colour appearing. This has spread over most rocks in the space of 3 days... Is this also Caroline Alge?

Ok. I thought it came in directly pink... as that is the colout I am getting on some of the other rocks. But if Green is good, then I am happy....

Hi, Yes it is a SW tank. Problem is that the AR850 has a filter tray on top as well as light fixtures. This does not leave much room for a skimmer..... Cheers

Hi all I am looking for a skimmer for a AquaOne AR850 tank. The advise I have received localy is that I need to discard the filter tray and then I can fit either a hang-on or a sump based one. Has anyone found a model which may fit this model tank without removing the filter tray? Thanks...
