My bargin I got a 72 gallon bowfront, brand new for $90. I also got a magnum 350 for $40. I found a guy who built a beautiful all wood stand for $200. Though expensive enough, It still seems like a bargin when you compare it to the ones in the store that cost $1000 for the tank and the stand.

Thanks for caring. I hope my gudgeon makes it. he's really stressed. He did eat some bloodworms though. If he dies I will get rid of every aquarium I own. he was my favorite.

they are dead They had ick. I never saw a disease progress so fast in my life. I tried maracide out of desparation but they didn't make it. My purple stripe gudgeon is having trouble breathing too. I don't know what to do. :cry: :cry: :cry:

They have a disease. The rainbows now have a disease. It wasn't really obvious yesterday morning but last night I see thier fins are starting to rot and they have a film of grayish stuff on thier skin. The other fish seem ok except for my gudgeon, who was totally listless. I did a water change...

She died. :cry: She swam around as if she was getting better and then late last night I found her dead on the bottom of the tank. She was a real trouper, I will miss her.

I had been doing a water change every week, about 15%. I think when I go home today I will change another 15 or 20% of the water. I feel really bad that that one died. I thought by this morning she would be better but she was worse. It happened so quick I never even relized there was a problem.

Thanks I thought he had the sense to wash the lotion off before sticking his hand in the tank but he kind of admitted that he didn't . we always put the seaweed salad at the bottom of the tank for the pleco. I will change more water tonight and I just hope that the remaining rainbows recover...

Her skin is real pale in streaks on her whole body. She use to be blue, now she's got a blue face and a motteled grey body. She looks really terrible. I change about 20% of the water everyother day. I've been doing this to eliminate the uneaten food. Thanks for replying

i've been changing the water almost daily now. Before she was sick I changed the water once a week. It isn't a bowl she is in it's a 5 1/2 gallon aquarium with a aquaclear mini filter. I really believe she caught some internal infection from some live brine shrimp. I'm afraid she isn't going to...
