if it is tempered glass than you cna NOT drill it. (well ya can but youll have a thousand pieces of glass to clean up)

look into getting a ro/di unit as well...it will save you money in the long run... no more buying water.

put the sand in the tank and level it off then place a garbage bag on top of the sand and gently fill with water.... the ba will prevent the water your adding from stirring the sand. Clear tank when done.

And I was told the second pic is the superman coral but polyps havent extended as of yet.... could this one be a montipora danae?

I have a 55 gallon standard tank..... about 100 lbs of live rock and was wonder how much water flow is needed to keep healthy sps corals. currently i have 2 maxi jet 1200's, 1 on each end of the tank.
