I got the 5 gal Aqua-Tech Hex at Wal-Mart for 29.99. I got a little Junior heater, real quite, works great in the office.

I guess I make 3... I'm in Edmond.

Picked up my 5 gal hex today. I'm gonna set it up tomorrow and start cycling through the weekend through the next week or so. I'll use the time to think about what is gonna go in there...

I understand that. I enjoy cleaning and maintaining our 55g and 10g. I was just trying to think about about syphoning, water changes, etc. in an office.

I have considered something small with a betta. However, bettas are not all that active are they? Or is that my ignorance.... I like somewhat active fish that will swim around a little.

It's actually my roomates. It's black and red in a 55 gal and an albino in a 10 gal. I'll get some pics. I don't know much about cichlids, so I can't answer your question about what kind they are. We're both poor college kids, so the 55 gal was the best we could do (actually a garage sale...

I think I might just try the marble thing... It is scared to death of it's reflection though, is that a typical Oscar thing as well, or fish in general?

Could have fooled me... It swims into the filter, heater, or anything else it seems... Maybe ours can't make up it's mind whether to be intelligent or clumsy.
