I would guess two males but angelfish are tricky. You can sort of see a hump developing on their heads if you look closely. Females have a more rounded head as opposed to a noticeable hump on the head of a male.
Try cranking up the temperature and put in some aquarium salt. I have bred angelfish for 3 years and I feel like that cures nearly everything naturally.
Yeah I forgot to post I put a block of krill in the tank. I had a small spike but it went down quickly. This rock is very porous and the tank has natural filtration with rubble rock, a skimmer, filter floss, activated carbon, and chemi pure elite.
update: system cleared overnight just haven't gotten around to update it. The parameters are already stable due to the fact all of the stuff was in established tanks before. Still haven't added anything just a quick update
