What is Bio-Spira? I'm not sure I am not aware of it, but I might be able to get some. Presumably it will help bacteria growth?!

I am about to embark on planting my aquarium :D. Unfortunately this is going to require changing the substrate in my tank. At the moment the substrate is purely pea gravel, which I intend to change to a combination of silver sand, quartz and a laterite based substrate with an undergravel heater...

I would have thought any of the normal household limescale removers would do the job. Obviously making sure you wash off all traces of whatever cleaning fluids you have been using before using the tank.

I don't have a marine tank, however I have a question that I would like answered... Marine tank can have coral and the like. How is coral moved from tank to tank? I get the impression that some types are very soft, and presumably do not take kindly to being moved around. So how is this done...
