Picture was taken with a camera phone so it is not the best of quality, the acctual tenticls of this thing are clear with white balls on the end.and its roughly 1/2 cm in diameter

Can someone please help me id this thing, I have been doing some research and it looks like it might be a strawberry anenomy? But I am not sure.. I would really like to know if this is going to be harmfull to my tank!:confused:

How long should I cycle my tank before I put anything into it other then Rock?

I think I might have a few very small strawberry anemone's growing on some of my rock in my aquarium. Are they good or are they bad... If they are bad how do I get rid of them naturally without using chemicals

Thanks I will have to look into that, We are not going to close down the other tank we are just looking to start a newone. we were going to take a few of the live rock pcs out of it to start the new tank though... Thanks.
