In a nano reef, and tank sizes awsell please :)

For all of those who have 10 gallon nano reefs, could you please tell me what you stock your tank with, fish AND corals. And possibly some picks for inspirational ideas :)

No, its an internal filter not an undergravel, if the water clears up any time soon, ill take a pic and upload it here

Just two regular run-of-the-mill internal filters. One sits with intake end on substate bed, the smaller one sits at the top with, out take valve positioned so it hits the water surface creating natural aeration.

Thanks, but i have already put it in the tank as you know, could i possibly just empty, and refill over and over again? Is there a chemical or some treatment i could add? It needs to be fairly quick as my fish are in a tote atm and the water in it is fairy poor :(

I've just taken everything out of my tropical tank (including fish and water), and added some sand substrate. I washed some of the sand, and later i decided to add more, UNwashed sand. The water is unbeleivably cloudy and hast settled, im worried it may be unsettled particles harmful to fish...

What lighting (ie colour and type) do marine fish and corals prefer in nano reefs?? Or is it at owners discretion.

On marine biology documentaries many many times, one of which you might of heard of in america was 'The Great Barrier Reef' by some channel 4 presenter

What is the best substrate to use in marine aquaria, coral sand, live sand or just plain tropical sand substrate? Does it make a big difference?

How do you feed corals

Hi guys, i know this must sound rediculous, but in the ocean at night corals and anemonies glow at night in luminous colours, so do they in reef AQUARIUMS?

So you'd recommend live sand aswell?
