Hi guys, ATM I have a 50GPD rodi unit, and I'm looking to cut down on waste water. So my question is, if I add another 50 GPD membrane onto the water water tube, do I need a second flow restrictor on the second RO membrane? Thanks Jonty

The trouble is that im in the uk, so would marine depot deliver to the uk? And also wouldn't that mean the wrong plug? So I'd need to change that as well? Would everyone rate a reef octopus over a bubble magus?

Hi guys, I'm hoping to get a new tank, which is about 800 litres or 210 US gallons. What would be a good skimmer for this? I'm in the UK, so a budget of no more than £500. Any thoughts welcome and reviews of your skimmers welcome also. Many thanks, Jonty

The tank I'm looking at has 2 internal overflows, so I'm not sure what it can handle, it says it's got 55mm outlets? Can you help from this?

Also forgot to add, what size should the return pump be, I've been looking at something at 9000l an hour? Too much or not enough?

Cheers for this, I hope that it will fit into my sump, of not I'll have to try to remove a a bubble trap to enlarge a section for it.

Hi guys, I'm looking to get a new 600l tank, with a sump with the dimensions of 48"x18"x17", which I think will add another 130l to the system volume, My question is would the reef octopus xp2000 internal skimmer work well on it as that's rated to 600l, or would it be safer to get a xp3000...

The skimmer should easily do my tank then, as I'm looking to get a 6x2x2, or a 6x2.5x2 tank. Anyone have this skimmer?

Does anyone own a SRO 3000 internal cone skimmer? Anyone got a review on it and what's the best water level in the sump that skimmers in general or this skimmer run at? Many thanks Jonty

Im looking to upgrade my tank to a 200g (UK) system and would need a new skimmer, I've been looking at the reef octopus xp 3000 internal sump cone skimmer. Anyone have one and can give feed back on it? Or anyone got other ideas? Thanks, Jonty

I'm possibly going to be acquiring a 200g tank, which will need a skimmer. Does anyone have any ideas to help me out? I've been looking at the reef octopus ones. Possibly at the Diablo 2500 or the extreme ones? Any other ideas welcome and I'm a bit stuck going from a 55g one to 200g (3ft to 7ft)...

In mine I just use an energy efficient bulb, still grows perfectly well, and with cheaper bulbs I can spend more on equipment. it's on 24/7 as well. The algae has grown so much since I've had it, at least doubled in size within about 2 months.

Could you post any photos to help us get a better idea? Thanks.
