Also all my water levels are good. Ammonia and nitrite is at 0 and my nitrate is at 10ppm but I'm getting close to my usual time to changing the water so I doubt that's the problem.

I've been testing my water everyday and I noticed that my Nitrite spiked and then began to go down a little every day I've been checking. Also my nitrate has rose just slightly. However my ammonia levels have remained the same all throughout. I'm not sure what is happening.

I like the idea of keeping the cory's and loaches for the new planted aquarium. I've never thought of it. Will they thrive more, cause all the fishes just sit at the bottom of the tank. It's a really boring site.
