- I just started a FOWLR on Sunday 3/3/13. I have never had any type of aquarium in my life. But I have always had a love for tropical fish through my many snorkeling excursions. I am starting w/ a 29 gal tank with about 40lbs of live rock with 2-3" of live sand. I have a penguin bio wheel 350 and a 150w heater set at 82 but the far left corner from heater reads 76. Is this enough info?
