I feed every 2 days alternating between omega one cichlids flakes, aqueon cichlids pellets and occasionally she steals and alge wafer from the cories and clown plecto.

Just checked as ammonia and nitrite are at 0 but nitrate is at 40ppm. Double checked my tap and it is 40 as well. It used to run between 10 and 20ppm. I do weekly water changes. I have laxed sometimes and done biweekly when I have been very busy but that's not been recent. I have a aqua clear 70...

That's what it appears to be to me. It seems to have white stuff like I have seen on fish with ich also.

Anyone have any sexing guesses on these two. They seem pretty bonded they are almost always together. The orange and white seems to have a large hump on its head but I am not sure if that means male with them or not. :confused: :thanks:

Thank you! They all seem to hang out together. They are in a tank with 2 angels so they kinda group together when the angels feel like being bold. They are cute, I just wish the new ones had more yellow like the old.

Thank you. I turned them off and the tank is so much quieter.

Also with all this filtration do I still need to have air pumps/bubble wands going? They seem to be most of the noise I am noticing.
