School, reading about fish care

- Currently setting up a 30 gallon tank for the fishes I'm stuck with cause of my fiancee/inlaws. Current tank is a 10 gallon tank with a heater, filter, and airstone. Has 5 pounds of gravel, some decor.
10 gal was/is a temporary holding for 1 angel fish. + 5 danios, 3 ghost shrimp, 3 otos, and 3 black skirt tetras.
