all my other fish in my tank are fine and have no spots

update: now barely has a tail at all

i have nothing sharp in the tank and my other guppy's tail looks fine. is this bad? and is there anything i can do to fix it/help it not rip more?

none of my other guppies were affected just that one though?

update: its getting bigger and i see red spots on her belly

it looks fuzzy and its a ball shape and i just noticed it today and i have no idea what it could be?

i jus did a water change and i noticed hes not as playful and he just sits on the bottom i dont know what to do :(
