yea did more research on california ray, they need colder water
so I m thinking cortez which is smaller and live in warmer water.
but if the ray its gonna make a mess in the tank, I might just stay as a pure reef~
thanks man!
since I am planning to get a bigger tank,
I want to know if califonia stingray/Cortez Stingray r reef safe or not?
or any rays is reef safe and can be house in a 120gal tank.
Thanks
if you live near the beach, or you go to the beach a lot. you might able to find dead jellyfish OoO but don't know if you wanna feed that in your tank.
would really suggest you do some reseach and read some article before you actually start putting anything in the tank!! even water!!
its better to have at least some idea on what you are doing than don't know much and just jump in...
and any of you know a good company that have good deals on acrylic tank?
also, should I just ask the company to make a build in overflow for me??
so I don't have to spend another $120 on overflow?
agree with TC cuz you don't know what the violet sea snail would bring to your tank, and if you really want to keep it, at least put it in a quan tank for a while before you put it into your display tank.
haha I am trying to put less powerhead on the main tank but still able to create a great amount of flow and I think Vtech's pump is pretty good.
I will need to save money for all the new stuff, they are all expenseive haha
oh question again~
I have a pistol shrimp........hmm maybe 2.....
should...
