    anenome off glass

Don't touch or try to move it, bubbles like to be where it is. Even if you move it, they might still go back to old spot, it's really their own choice.

    Sand turning red?

When you do water change , you vacuum it. Also steer the sand , the filter would help. But water change is the main, cuz the waste only can get rid from water change.

    Power heads

Really depend on what you going to keep inside the tank, some fish and inverts like strong current, but others like moderat and low, overwhelming would make them stressed.

    introducing to fast?

Should be ok, crAb and snails are so small that won't really effect, And one or two fish every months is good, but Add more within a month. Also watch out for the water due to new fish.

Best place to get cheap live rock?

ReLly depend on how your ocean current is. They go by with your current, so facing the power head towards your new rock would probably good idea. Within 1 week or so, you will see some thing.

    Urchin ok?

I think it doing well if it's still moves around lots. If you see him loss spines or not really moving or stays at the bottom of the tank, it's not good sign!
