    That dont look to bad personally i like to make a valley in the middle or break the tank into thirds 2/3 the main rock structer and a island for the last third for two reasons it look cool and it make catching fish you dont want alot easier

    being sticky is a good sign of bieng healthy and clown fish will host in condi they arnt native to the clown fish but the clown fish dont know the difference sometimes

    that is a green nepthia it is not a finger leather more like a spagetti/ rasta leather people sometimes call them That is a nice specimin I have 4 large colonies of that coral you like it alot when it gets bigger

    I always recomend people get a reef fanatic regulator they work real well i used to have alot of probems with my regulator until i switched

    just dip the whole rock in fresh water for a second the mushrooms will be fine the shrimp should shoot out in a couple seconds

    you should be able to peel off the anenome then just dip the rock in fresh watch the shimp jump out
