API freshwater test kit. Nitrites are zero, nitrates are 20, Ph 7, ammonia 0, alk 10.

My tank has been up for 10 months. Surprisingly (even the barb) does not pick on anyone. It is a 20 gallon. Dg's are almost 2 months in my tank. Guppies have been between 2 and 4 months, as I added them 3 at a time. The barb has been there for 6 months.

Also, I hate to break it to you, but they are probably both males. You can do a google search to check for yourself to be sure though.

I believe you have 2 different kinds. The one is a Bubble Belly/Balloon Molly, and the other is a regular Molly. Not a pro, but I don't think it's a pregnancy.

Ok. I am freaking out and not properly typing my issues. Apologies. The nitrites in my tank are 3. I just tested water straight from tap, and all levels are in safe zone. In fact, nitrites are @ 0 from tap water. Do you think it would be safe to just use tap water?

I have tested it. The only thing that is off are the nitrites. I <3 my fish, and don't want to wake up to dead fish!
