If the one fish is about to die, I would try the freshwater dip as a last ditch effort.

The anemone should be fine as long as it has the proper light and flow.

Luckily mine came with most of the rock, coral and fish.

Yeah, I just got this a month ago (upgraded from my 55g) and have used a lot of salt!

I haven't really calculated the total on my power heads, just kinda added them till it looked right. I know my return from sump is only pushing about 500gph.
