They seem to be on the upswing today...today the white spots aren't so noticeable and their scales almost look like a funk is coming off them. They are active and eating so hopefully thats a good sign.

Chirp I think you are right...I went off the name he gave me but there is no such thing...and the Fluval Edge doesn't have an 8 gallon. A 6 gallon with two shrimp and two clownfish. :-(

I am on a hunt for java moss. I have molly fry that I would like to let out of their nursery net....but I want them to have safe cover besides the fake plants that are in the tank. I also have a molly momma that is about to pop. Someone here told me about java moss provides great...

Is it normal for the ich to be everywhere?? I have a tetra that seems to be particularly affected...even has it on his eye.

Thank you!! I don't know a lot about saltwater, and although I have thought about getting into it I really want to start right. Keeping two clown fish in an 8 gallon aquarium seems rather cruel to me. I appreciate your input. No saltwater for me yet ;-D

I am part of a for sale to buy group on Facebook. A member has an 8 gallon Fluval Infinity tank with two clown fish and two shrimp. Is $80 a good deal for this tank and fish?? Isn't 8 gallons kind of ridiculously small for clown fish?? Any advice is appreciated.

I increased my heat and the tank is up to 88 as of this evening. I added a bubble bar and the filter is on full power (usually is anyways). I vacuumed it completely last night and I am going to do it in the morning as well. The tetras are already looking better. I think I must have caught it...
