Got the bulb, wicked cool effect, but it didn't induce the desired effect of brining out my nocturnal 2 inch sting ray lookin guy, whose name I really wish I had taken a picture of. I guess he just needs pitch black

Can I use one that's just standard blue or does it have to say aquarium moon light? If so whats the difference? Because I want to actually see my nocturnal fish. Hope its not bad that I double posted this...

Interesting thank you, I used the demel to separate them and it worked great. When the one I have gets bigger I might be willing to risk cutting one in half, but for now two is fine. If you don't mine me asking purple polyp how much did you pay for it?
