    Many thanks! I suppose there is no easy way to get rid of them of course! I have suddenly some caterpillar algae as well, so I must be doing something to cause the conditions for this. Will search to see if I can find what's going on.

    White bubble-like things, with white dots in them. They've been around for a bit, spreading, getting a bit bigger. Eggs? Algae? (not really green, the photo makes it appear a bit green). Any idea what these guys are? Many thanks!

    Hi again. I came in this morning (the tank is at my office) and things look 100% better. The water is not crystal clear, but it is night and day from where it was yesterday, and I think it will be OK. I think at this point I will proceed with adding live rock.
