When I put the tap water conditioner in my water. How long do I wait before Doing water change. Ie:minutes or hours?

Ok! Now looking a bit closer. It does look like a parasite if some kind. I am doing weekly 25% water changes. Temp is at 82.

No! It won't come out visible on camera.

Ok! It is definitely not Ich! No white spots. Fish have white growths not white spots. Mostly on the body. Looks like a horn where the white sticks out.

Should I be hosing off the filter during every water change?

Did the anti fungal kill off the good bacteria and now would need to recycle?
