I have added a second filter to increase oxygen as i dont have a bubbler. Also I have added a third photo hopefully you can see the red spots more clearly on this one

His eyes aren't cloudy just in the pictures. Ok, what is the best way to raise the temperature? Will standard salt work? so i saw this on another forum. He's eating fine but swimming funny, more erratic! breathing is normal and spends quite a lot near the top but no chance there
