Wow, congratulations on being successful for that long with your reef aquarium. I placed my frag in the sand and it seems to really like it. Are Lobos a particularly slow growing coral or can they grow quickly under the right conditions?

I have used coral frenzy to feed my current LPS corals. I'll give that a try. Also, I am feeding Red Sea's Reef Energy A & B which seems to be accelerating growth quite a bit.

Honestly I do not remember, since it's been almost a year since I made the switch. What I can say is that ever since I started running GFO and carbon, I have been able to reduce the light intensity on my lights since the light is able to more effectively penetrate through the water.
