If it is Cyanobacteria, usually an antibiotic will fix that problem real quick. My Lfs gave me some, not sure what it was, but worked great. Also +1 to the sand sifting goby: I had a sleeper. Sand was clean all the time.
Ya it's a reef already, ill leave the fish numbers alone. As for snails I have two gigantic turbos and than smaller ones. My Lfs said to be careful cause they can starve. So I was worried about adding more. Do hermits harm snails? I do prefer a very clean tank, what's the best way to achieve...
I would wait. I killed a chromis in cloudy water. That was the only thing that could of done it imo, and mine wasnt as cloudy. Just think would u wanna breathe that?
