    percula sick...... HELP

    i have a well estbalished tank (over a ear old) and have had no problems with my fish.... but i just noticed a red growth on my perc. clowns lip... he seems to try to raise the growth above water level all the time.... he isn't gasping for air.... any guesses as what is wrong?
