There is a few websites that have tank calculators. If you put in your tanks demensions it will give you the amount of water it holds. I wouldnt add anymore, 25g isnt too much room for 2 kribs. If those 2 kribs spawn they may kill those neons too.

My tap water is the same pH as the water in both of my tanks. Maybe .1 or .2 off here and there but nothing more then that. I was under the imspression that is was like that for everyone. Unless you have really high nitrites , nitrates or ammonia your pH shouldnt move around.

It always depends on the other fish, decor arrangment, plants, and the individual fish. You never know with gourami. One can bee goodie miss too shoes and the next is evil. But its always good to quit while your ahead when it comes to having a harmonized tank.

I wouldnt do khuli with kribs. The reason i suggested yoyos is becuase they are tought little suckers. The khulis might be in trouble.

A test kit will help you figure out your pH. He might just want you to buy stuff from him.
