The more plants you add especially the branchy ones. The food gets trapped in places and the fish have to work to find food. Good also because some will fall to the bottom for your bottom feeder and tank clean up crew.

I spread the food across the whole length of the tank, and have some plastic plants floating. So it make little islands, the tiger barbs can't swim in a straight line eating all the food. I had guppies eat all the food too.

I like pea puffers, saw them for the first time in a pet store. I am not sure if they can be in groups but a whole school/shaol of them in that big a tank would be amazing.

How long has your tank been cycled? What else is in the tank? temperature? Do you have moss? What are your exact parameters? Do you have hard or soft water? How many total shrimp do you have?
