It seems your concerned about pH by reading your set point values in your post. Ph go's right out the window in planted tanks injected with co2. With that said try this..
Lower your set point...
If by the end of the day your drop checker is still blue, increase your bubble rate. Small adjustments are what your aiming for, no reason to rush things in planted tanks:)
Increased bubble rate will increase co2 into the tank:)
Fluctuations in PH from co2 are completely harmless. Its to much co2 and not enough O2 that is the problem.
