Thank you for your responses! :D I'm a little hesitant to go with the plan of just shrimp + ADFs considering the fact that I bought the 10 gallon with the express intent of having a little school of small fish + 1 central gourami. The ADFs are sort of an unexpected problem. :-/ I am positive...
