Ok just a few questions: Are tube lights ok or are led lights better I use api leaf zone is this a good fertiliser My Anubias is planted in the gravel (only the roots) with the membrane out of the gravel so I think it’s ok

I’ve not had this selection of live plants for long and they are already starting to die or not grow or becoming coated in algae. Can anyone help? I don’t really have any experience in caring for live plants so I need some advice please. Pictures below:

Thanks, the company said it’s only a tiny amount of the pesticides and they have already been treated to remove these but the website says small amounts can kill crustaceans and snails. So I probably think they’ll be fine I’m just soaking them in some dechlorinated water overnight so hopefully...

And also I read that the Anubias plant shouldn’t be in the substrate and thrives better tied onto some wood but I don’t like doing this will it still grow if it’s submerged in the substrate?

Ok thanks for the advice I hopefully won’t disrupt the beneficial bacteria anymore as I’ve completely replaced my old filter with a different one and new filter media so the only BB left will be in the gravel
