Is a breeding pair of green terrors to big for a 55 gallon tank. ( I don't have them, this is just for future reference.)

I don't have the money for a 55 gallon tank so would a ten be good for just him? He is in a five gal now.

Ya I kept him because he is rainbow colored he is now in a 5 gal I am going to get him a ten gal when I can.

I have no idea what it was sold as it was a stowaway with my angel fish. A friend said it was a cichlid and that was it.
