i think your right cause on one side it looks like he was ruffed up abit...by what im not sure cause i dont see any agressive behavior from the others.
he is moving an deating but catching will be hard...and ill end up tearin the rocks apart...so id prefer not doing that....im goin to keep doing...
The tank is 100 gal....been up for over a yr and have triving fish, and live rock....
got a small koren angle last wed ( i got him and a Pearlscale Butterfly, which is doing great)
did 2 25gal water changes before i got the fish (1 2 weeks before and the 2nd the week before) and did 5 hrs...
snails and hermits will help but pwc and changing the PH flow will help also.
test your water and see what your off on.
i had algea issues like crazy and turned my lights off completely for about 4 days and that helped...now they are on only about 8 hrs.

i do have a few corals and plan to have more.
what supplements show i use/add if any? not only the LFS tells me supplemens are good to use with a reef tank.
i have had ppl tell me the starting supplements for a reef tank is CA and ALK...

ok....i keep teh lights off for about 4 days and almost all teh green algea is gone...i set them to only be on about half the time and ill see what happens.
ok...heres what i did...go to Homedepot and lookin the paint area...get a wide window/paint scraper and the replacement blades are cheap...before you use them jsut wash them and make sure you dry them right away to prvent any rust.....
i think ill try the no lights for a few days...then cut them back to afternoon/night time for maybe 6 hours.
i just want to this under control before intruducing more critters
