Well it's been almost a month. There are some Molly fry in there now.
I've been dosing Excel every day and Leaf Zone twice a week. Was dosing the LZ more before the tank got fully cycled because I was doing daily massive water changes.

That much crushed coral dust floating around in a freshwater tank all of a sudden would cause a rapid and substantial rise in the water's ph wouldn't it? Maybe that's what did the damage?
That will work. I have a 55 with 3 fantail goldfish, 3 mollies, and 5 cories running a AC 70 and a sponge filter.
I think two AC 50s would work very well also.
She is being acclimated to a freshly cleaned 5 gal "hospital" with airstones. After conditioning the water I put 5 drops of Quick cure in it. It is not cycled. I'll do two or three 4 gallon changes a day and medicate the new water.
Well at first they were just like smooth pimples but now they are more soft fuzzy looking. Had to take my son to the doctor this afternoon so I am a little behind, I was going to have her out of the tank by now. I've not seen ich before so I'm not sure but I'm leaning toward it.

They have to drop sometime, if they don't spawn they will just drop them. The female I referred to above would get huge fat full of them, but she would beat up any male trying to spawn with her. So I quit trying with her. Every few months she would swell up then drop the eggs and eat them.
