Is the lighting different than the other tank? I have been told that certain plants have a "lighting requirement" which I'm not even sure what that means. Either the wattage has to be a certain level or they need led lights or lights for so many hours idk. I just want some plants that will need...

Hahahahaha! A tasty snack! I read that if you but enough of them they breed rather quickly and sometimes you get ones who already have eggs so once they start having hatching the Betta much prefers the eggs and juveniles and leaves the adults well alone. I have also read Amanos are good but...

I have read a lot that Betta get along with community fish that are peaceful and won't get confused for another Betta. Preferably drab fish. Pleco's, African dwarf frogs and RCS are they most highly recommended though. I don't want to put him in a community tank but I am thinking about buying...

I did what you said with the peas but they sunk to the bottom immediately and the fish didn't eat them. How do you get them to float?
