I had the same thing and i know this sounds crazy but i neatly folded a wash cloth and placed it over the over flow box and the noise considerably disappeared Sent from my iPhone using Aquarium Advice

My ro/di water reads zero on my tds meter after it leaves my ro/ di system . When I add my salt mix to that water and use a tds pen meter to read it it reads over 900 is this normal after adding my salt mix?

I bought a 1/4 tee from lowes or home depot and ordered a 1/4 adjustable float valve from BRS . If u r going to run a skimmer u need to be able to adjust your water level .once again i hope this helps

I ran a tee off of my ro/ di to my sump and installed a float valve for my top offs hope this helps
