My fish seem to be dying little by little. The water levels are fine and so is temp. My tank was cycled with fish. Could they be dying cause of the stress after the cycle? Please help.

I changed the filter cartridge in my tank about 2 days ago and I'm starting to see the nitrites rise to .25 and the ammonia .25. Will my tank be able to reproduce the bacteria??

Is it safe to change my chemical and mechanical filter in my filter now that my cycling has completed? I have an aqueon quietflow 10.

My ph has been pretty consistent at 8 also I'm using api master kit.

I've had my 14 gal. Tank now for about 3 weeks and I feel like I'm doing 50% pwc every other day or day. I still haven't seen any nitrites. But the ammonia keeps going to .50 so I do a pwc as I was instructed to do by this forum.
