Thanks so much, those heaters look great! I am thinking of getting one for my 10 gal as well, as I hate the hang on back one I have now. So would a 150 watt be good for my 30 gal, and a 50 watt for my 10 gal?

Is it safe to use shells and rocks found at the beach in my aquarium? What is the best way to clean them and make sure they won't leach salt or anything dangerous? I have cories and would like a pleco or two eventually, so don't want salt in my tanks.

Otos do like to be kept in groups, but I'm not sure on your bioload. When I had otos, they always hid and I very rarely saw them, so I will be trying snails for algae this time. You should definitely look into cories, they are lots of fun!
