Its laying on its side now

I went to the my LFS today and they told me all my levels (ph,ammonia,nitrate and nitrite) were fine. Temps around 78

I just put my cat in this isolation tank because it has been acting sluggish and another fish was picking on it. Only this side of him is redish. When i tried to get him he was not skiddish like normal fish are from nets and he was swimming weird. The other fish in the tank seem fine. Any ideas...

I know! Im trying to get them young so i can watch them grow :)
