I just bought him and I now see black spots at random places on his body he has black spots all over his tail and fins so im wondering if the ones on his body are normal like part of his colour or something I should be concerned about ?

Yes they do have a light on and I have 2 guppies a neon Danio and a glass cat and yes I know that I need more of the fish and a bigger tank I try to keep the tank at 78
