Haha here's a pic taken from my phone a minute ago. My beautiful rainbow shark playing in the sand.

5 inches? Wow I was told 3 inches for the loaches. I agree though it's pretty well stocked. And with the rainbow shark, by the time it gets that big my plan was to upgrade to a large tank once we buy a house. I want to go way up like around 100 gallons.

I have a marineland penguin 150 biowheel. 25 percent water change per week. I know my tank is pretty well stocked but it could hold one more smaller fish.

And the rainbow shark is very peaceful btw.

5 Neon tetras, 5 Rasbora harlequins, a rainbow shark, 2 otos, and 2 kuhli loach.

Anyone know a peaceful cichlids that would go in a community tank? Looking to get one more fish and heard that cichlids are fun to have.

I don't know what it is but they still haven't got into the sand. It's like they don't understand they can burrow in it lol

Also I don't think the silly things even realize its there. They just have been swimming all around doing their crazy flips lol

Thanks for all the info everyone! Did it today. Water is a bit cloudy still. Would u recommend leaving the filter off or what you think? Here's what it looks like...

So I have a couple Khuli loaches and they keep trying to burrow into the rock so I was thinking about putting in some sand. I have a clay pot saucer (the part you put a pot on to catch water) and was thinking about sinking that into the rock and then adding sand to it. Has anyone tried anything...

So I read a bunch on Rainbow Sharks and almost did not get one because I didn't want any aggressive fish in my tank but I'm glad I did! I don't know if its just because he's new but everyone loves him! He finally comes out of hiding and eats with everyone and doesn't chase any of the fish. This...
