New to breeding angels. These are my first 3 successes. I note that the 2 koi have pink fins. Is this a juvenile characteristic or a fin coloration? I expect it will fade with time. These are 7 weeks old.

Will do. Good news is they are doing great and barbels are growing back nicely. They did well with isolation and a small serving of salt. I am pleased to see them swimming normally again.

Thanks Andy. I have plenty of other tanks. Will move them over. Will put them in a bare bottom as I don’t have any sand substrate. No redness.

Hi Colin, The eggs were in a jar on a leaf with a bubbler tube in the jar . Most fell off after day 3. I removed leaf. The next day there were the 5 little ones remaining on the leaf when I checked for late hatching. Those went in the breeding box. Most breeding tutorials I have seen showed...
