So I should try feeding them directly for a week or so? Think that makes sense... I am still trying to convince my wife that we shouldn't get rid of them... I think they are really neat, and I too have seen their arms go wild when I feed the tank... Perhaps that is all... they are just hungry...

Darn... The simplest solution is normally the correct one... Humm... what changed: I am going away for a wek, so I upped my clean up crew... therefore, there is less food for all teh scavengers... so they make their own food... Makes sence... thanks a lot for the quick reply...

Ozone is o3, and oxone is oxygen... and ozone will kill people too... not just parasites... If you are going to go that route, make sure you do your homework first!
