Whats good fry food brand? That i can easily feed my fry with. Its a molly fry

Either molly or goldfish- not 100% sure

I found a single baby fry in my tank i never even knew my other fish had been pregnant and none of them look pregnant and there are no other fry so i'm quite confused. But anyways how do i get this fry to eat? What food shud i give?

I was just wondering what the difficult level is if you get a smaller tank, i was planning on getting a 10 or 20 gallon because i currently have a 37 gallon tank and it is not as difficult. So would a 10 or 20 gallon be easier??
