OK, last night i carried out a fish-in-cycle of 30% i treated the new water and let rest in the tank for an hour, i then did some more tests, my Ammonia was below 0.25 but not quite 0. Ill so some more through tests tonight and see what the score is. I returned my Red Tail aswell.

Thanks again guys! I am not going to keep the shark in the small tank, i will either re-home or re-turn him. The water i was told to leave for a fortnight, i will look at doing a 50% Cycle tonight, and ill look at getting rid of the gold fish as well.
