This would be done with PVC, with a horizontal orientation. Also, if I am tapping into my sink drain for all the waste water, would it hurt me to do it on the sewer side of the P Trap?

Great project. I would love to hear more details. Are these pretty much just dedicated water lines that you run a line from to your tanks to replace water? Then the clear hose is your return?
