Yeah, He also changes color alot like black to light blue to green...depending on what he's doing like eating ect. he is a cool fish ..I'd almost hate to take him back theres just alot of other fish I'd rather keep. He gets along good with my yellow tang, Im thinking I might run in to problems...

LOL!! ......Dumb LFS :evil: I asked the guy if he could get me an orange shoulder tang and he said sure, check back with me next tuesday. So I went back and he had this tennenti that he told me was an ''orange shoulder'' in the middle of changing from juvenile color...guess I got ripped!

Now Im confused...I just saw a post from a guy named Sango that had a pic of a fish he called Tennitti tang. I've never heard of this tang but it looks like a mirror image of mine that was sold as an ''Orange shoulder tang''. Now Im wondering if I even have one.

Whats up guys? I was wondering about how long it takes orange shoulder tangs to change to there adult color? I've had one now for about 5 months in a 125 long and he's like 5 or 6 inches long. He's not yellow anymore but not adult color either...kinda solid green with black spot where the orange...

I just recently bought an orange shouder tang and put him in my 55gal qt and after a day or two I noticed he had ich. I went to the lfs and picked up some Mardel coppersafe. So, heres my two questions....I dosed the tank w/coppersafe and bio-coat marine, then I realized the bio-coat says it...

I've read that it can work with some triggers if the shrimp is established in the tank before you add the fish. It says this in a pocket expert guide of marine fishes by Scott W Michael. HTH

marineland makes a pretty cheap polisher $48.50, its a H.O.T. Magnum that pumps 250gph I have one that seems to work good. They also make a bigger one that pumps 350gph but it's not a hang on tank, runs around $75.00

I've read that the bio-wheels are nitrate factories and should be taken off if used on a saltwater tank (is this true?). So, I took them off and they make this loud waterfall sound because of the spray bars. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Oh, should I even try this since I only have...
