so ive added the rock today. but my fan from the biocube is not working. Will this be problematic down the line? Also, any tips on how I should arrange the rocks? Are there some glues you recommend?

I threw in the water with SG around 1.023ish. I added the sand and everything became super cloudy. I don't think I can add the live rock tonight but I have that sitting in another bin with saltwater. Do I needto run the system while the sand settles? As in the filter and stuff of the biocube...
