Thanks again, and yeah, I really doubt I would be allowed to git that into my budget :) I am planning to return him on thursday and get a few Kuhli Loaches instead, as they can do fine in that size tank.
I actually just looked it up, and found that he is a "rope fish" or a "reed fish". But yes, I may actually return him to my LFS because my tank is too small. Thank you for the help!
Thanks! He is doing better now, and that makes me mad- I specifically asked if he could be in that small of a tank, and they said he was fine.
I will definitely have to look into that kind of eel though.
Hi! I have a 10 gallon long and a tire-track eel in it. His eyes look cloudy, and he seems to have white spots on his face. What should I do, and/or is this just what they look like? Here is a pic of him. He has just been sitting in there the last couple days. :(

Maybe you could name it Flo Rida? XD Or Summer? As far as your pregnant fish goes, if that is what it is, congrats!! You should probably get a breeding tank/one of those plastic things you put in your tank for the fry, otherwise they may eat the fry. Good luck!!
